- Park on the Katella Avenue side of the building. There is a call box in the entry courtyard near the front door to the building on the Katella Avenue side of the building. When you make your appointment, the customer service representative will give you the code for the call box. Enter the code and the technicians will open the door to the building.

- Take the CA-22 West/Garden Grove Fwy toward Garden Grove
- Merge onto the 405 North
